Two Approaches
Barrier around the pool
Mesh panels on poles set into small sleeves in the deck, with a self-closing, self-latching gate. It keeps children away from the water's edge and can be lifted out when adults use the pool.
Cover over the water
A strong net stretched across the pool and anchored to the deck. It stops a child falling into the water and can carry the weight of a child who walks onto it.
How We Install
We measure the pool and deck, check the deck material and plan where sleeves or anchors can go without hitting pipes or lights.
Small sleeves or anchors are drilled into the deck with a diamond core bit and set flush, so the deck is safe to walk on when the fence is removed.
Fence panels are fitted and tensioned, or the net is stretched across the pool and secured to every anchor.
Self-closing hinges and latches are adjusted and tested from different angles. The latch is set above a child's reach.
Drowning is silent and fast, and young children are drawn to water. Supervision always comes first, but a physical barrier gives you a margin of safety for the moment your attention slips. In Dubai, where many villas have private pools and families spend much of the year outdoors, that margin matters.
Removable mesh fences are the most popular choice because they are visible, easy to live with and quick to take down for pool parties. Safety nets suit families who rarely use the pool or want to keep debris out as well. Some families choose both.
