Most curtain problems we are called back to fix come from three things: brackets pulled out of gypsum, rods hung too low so the glass is never fully uncovered, and tracks that sag in the middle because there were not enough fixing points for heavy blackout fabric.
We avoid all three by checking the surface before drilling, setting the rod or track high and wide, and spacing brackets to suit the weight of the curtain. For the details of each system, read our guide to curtain rod, track and rail installation in Dubai.
Floor to ceiling glass is common in Dubai towers, and wall rods simply do not work there. For those rooms we fit ceiling-mounted tracks that run the full width of the glass and stack the curtains neatly at each end.
Renting and cannot drill? Light curtains and sheers can go up with rental-friendly no-drill solutions, such as tension rods and frame clamp brackets.
