Can You Come the Same Day?
Often, yes, especially for AC not cooling or leaking water. We are open every day from 8am to 10pm and prioritise homes without cooling in summer.
My Building Has Central or District Cooling. Who Fixes It?
In many Dubai towers, chilled water comes from a district cooling provider or the building plant. We repair what is inside your home, such as the fan coil unit, thermostat, valves, filters and drain. Plant and supply issues go to building management or the cooling provider.
Is My AC Low on Gas?
Air conditioners do not use up gas. If refrigerant is low, there is a leak. We find and fix the leak first, then refill to the correct weight.
How Often Should an AC Be Serviced in Dubai?
Most homes need a full service every 3 to 6 months because ACs run almost all year. Filters should be cleaned every few weeks in summer.
