Split AC Units
Wall-mounted indoor units with an outdoor condenser, common in apartments. Filters, evaporator coils and drain lines need regular cleaning. They are the most frequent service we carry out.

In Dubai the AC runs almost all year, and for months it never switches off. Dust clogs filters, coils lose efficiency, drain lines block and leak, and condensers bake on the balcony. Regular maintenance keeps homes cool, air cleaner and DEWA bills lower.

Cool and Clean
Your AC works harder in Dubai than almost anywhere else in the world.
We clean filters, coils and drain lines, check ducts and condensers, and spot problems before they become breakdowns.

AC Types
Wall-mounted indoor units with an outdoor condenser, common in apartments. Filters, evaporator coils and drain lines need regular cleaning. They are the most frequent service we carry out.
A hidden indoor unit that feeds cool air through ducts to each room, common in villas. Filters, ducts and grilles collect dust. Duct leaks waste cooling into the ceiling.
Ceiling-mounted units that blow air in four directions. They suit open-plan rooms and offices. Filters and condensate pumps need regular checks.
Fan coil units in towers supplied by district cooling. Filters, coils and drain trays are maintained by us. The chiller plant is the building's responsibility.
Because the AC runs so hard here, we recommend cleaning filters every month in summer and a full service every three to six months. Dusty homes, pets and construction nearby mean more frequent cleaning.
A dirty AC does not just cool poorly. Clogged coils and filters make it run longer, use more electricity and spread dust and mould spores. Blocked drain lines cause the water leaks that stain ceilings and walls.
For electrical faults with isolators and sockets, see minor electrical repairs. To keep cool air in, see window seal replacement.

Tools and Materials
Non-acid foam cleaner for evaporator coils. It lifts dust and grime. Airflow and cooling improve.
Clears algae and slime from condensate lines. It stops leaks. Ceilings stay dry.
Washable and disposable filters to suit each unit. They trap dust. Indoor air is cleaner.
Measure supply air and system pressure. Faults are found early. No guesswork.
Based in Al Barsha since 2014, we work across every Dubai community with trade-specialist technicians and a workmanship guarantee on every job.
We find leaks before recommending gas. You do not pay for repeat refills. Faults are fixed properly.
Filters, coils and drains are all cleaned. Not just a quick filter rinse. The AC works as it should.
We explain what we found and what it needs. Parts and labour are named. You decide.
Clean units run less to cool the same room. Electricity use drops. Comfort improves.
AC servicing starts from AED 150 per split unit. Repairs such as capacitors, fan motors and leak repairs are quoted after diagnosis, with the price agreed before work starts. Prices vary and can change depending on your exact requirements, the materials and access to the property, so the final price is confirmed after we see photos or visit.
A healthy AC should never need gas topping up. If the gas is low, there is a leak, usually at a flare joint or in a corroded coil. The leak should be found and fixed before refilling, or the gas will simply escape again.
Ideally never. Gas does not get used up. If your AC needs regular refills, there is a leak that should be repaired. A yearly service will spot falling pressure early.
Repair makes sense when the unit is under about ten years old and the fault is a capacitor, fan motor, sensor or small leak. Replacement is usually better when the compressor has failed on an older unit or it still uses R22 gas.
Ask what the fault is, which part is being replaced and why. A fair quote names the part and the labour separately. Be wary of gas refills offered without a leak check.
