Most Dubai villas and apartments have gypsum false ceilings, which cannot hold a heavy chandelier on their own. We fix through to the concrete slab or add a steel support, rated for the full weight.
Double-height entrances and staircases need proper towers, not tall ladders. Safety for our team and your home comes first.

Chandelier installation starts from AED 250 for a light fitting on a standard ceiling. Heavy crystal chandeliers, double-height ceilings and new ceiling supports are priced by weight and access. Prices vary and can change depending on your exact requirements, the materials and access to the property, so the final price is confirmed after we see photos or visit.
Can My Ceiling Hold a Heavy Chandelier?
Concrete slabs can hold heavy chandeliers with the right anchors. Gypsum false ceilings cannot carry weight on their own, so we fix through to the slab above or add a steel support.
How Often Should a Crystal Chandelier Be Cleaned?
In Dubai dust, most crystal chandeliers look best with a full clean every 6 to 12 months, and a light dusting in between.
Can You Work on Double-Height Ceilings?
Yes. We use mobile scaffold towers for double-height villa halls and staircases. Very high atrium ceilings may need a powered lift, which we arrange and quote separately.
Can You Take Down a Chandelier Before We Move?
Yes. We disconnect it, remove crystals, pack them in labelled bags and boxes, cap the ceiling point safely and reinstall it at your new home.
