TV Wall Mounting in Dubai

We mount LED, OLED and smart TVs on every wall type found in Dubai homes, from the gypsum partitions in Marina towers to the block walls of Arabian Ranches villas. The bracket goes up level, the cables disappear, and the screen sits at the height you actually watch from.

Starting price

AED 150*

TVs up to 55 inches on your own bracket. Most visits take 45 to 90 minutes, including cable tidying and a picture check. Larger screens, marble walls and supplied brackets are quoted on top.

Professional TV Wall Mounting for Dubai Living Rooms

Flat screen TV mounted on a living room wall in a Dubai apartment

The difference between a good TV wall and a poor one is rarely the TV. It is the height, the gap to the wall, the cables and how the screen lines up with the furniture around it. We plan all four before a single hole is drilled.

Most Dubai apartments have at least one gypsum partition, and most villas have concrete block walls. We bring fixings for both, along with a laser level, a stud finder and a vacuum for the dust. The result is a screen that sits level, stays put and leaves no mess behind.

  • Height set to your seating
  • Laser-levelled brackets
  • Cables hidden or tidied
  • Dust vacuumed on the spot

Fixed, Tilt and Full-Motion TV Brackets Compared

The bracket decides how far the screen sits from the wall and whether it can move. Choose it by where you sit, not by the TV size alone.

Bracket TypeGap from WallWorks Best forWorth Knowing
Fixed (Flat) Bracket2 to 3 cm from the wallTVs at eye level opposite the sofaThe cleanest look and the lowest price. The screen cannot be adjusted after fitting, so the height must be right first time.
Tilt Bracket5 to 8 cmTVs mounted higher, bedrooms, above consolesAngles the screen down by 10 to 15 degrees. This cuts glare from large windows and keeps the picture clear from a lower seat.
Full-Motion (Articulating) Bracket6 to 60 cm extensionOpen-plan rooms, corners, kitchens that face the loungePulls out, swivels left and right and tilts. It puts the most strain on the wall, so it needs concrete, a stud fixing or a backing plate.
Ceiling MountDrop pole, adjustableShops, gyms, majlis rooms, glass wallsUsed when no wall can carry the load. We check the concrete slab or ceiling structure before fixing the pole.

TV Wall Mounting on Gypsum, Concrete, Marble and Brick

Wrong anchors are the main reason TVs pull away from Dubai walls. We identify the wall before we pick the fixing, and we tell you plainly if a wall cannot carry the setup you want.

Concrete or Block

Most villas, older Bur Dubai and Deira buildings

Concrete and hollow block walls are the strongest surface for a TV in a Dubai home. We drill with an SDS masonry bit, check the depth so the plug reaches solid material, and stop if the bit touches steel rebar.

How We Fix It
Heavy-duty nylon or metal expansion anchors
What It Can Hold
Carries any home TV size, including 85 inch full-motion setups.

Gypsum Board Partition

Apartments in Dubai Marina, JLT, Business Bay, Downtown

Gypsum partitions are a layer of board on metal studs with a hollow cavity behind. They sound hollow when you knock, and they hold well only when the load is spread or fixed into a stud.

How We Fix It
Locate the metal studs, then toggle or spring anchors across the board
What It Can Hold
Safe for most fixed and tilt mounts. Large full-motion arms need a stud fix or a backing plate.

Marble or Porcelain Cladding

Feature walls in Palm Jumeirah and Emirates Hills villas

Stone and porcelain feature walls look striking but crack easily under hammer drilling. We drill slowly with a water-cooled diamond core bit, then fix into the concrete or block wall behind the slab.

How We Fix It
Diamond core bit at low speed, anchor into the wall behind the stone
What It Can Hold
Possible without cracking the slab when the hole is cooled and drilled slowly.

Red Brick

Some townhouses and outdoor majlis walls

Brick is strong, but the mortar joints between the bricks crumble and do not hold a plug. We locate the solid body of the brick and test the first hole before fixing the full bracket.

How We Fix It
Anchor into the brick body, never the mortar joint
What It Can Hold
Strong once the right point is found. We test the first hole before committing.

What Happens During a TV Wall Mounting Visit

  • Wall check with a stud finder and moisture meter before any drilling
  • Height and centre marked with you before the first hole
  • Bracket fixed and levelled with a laser level
  • TV hung, safety screws locked, cables tidied behind the screen
  • Picture, channels or streaming apps tested with you
  • Dust vacuumed and packaging taken away

Hiding TV Cables After Wall Mounting

Loose wires hanging under a wall-mounted TV spoil the look. There are two clean ways to deal with them, and the right one depends on the wall.

In-wall power kit. On gypsum walls, a certified kit carries power and HDMI inside the cavity to a plate near the floor. Nothing shows, and nothing breaks building electrical rules.

Surface raceway. On concrete, a slim channel runs from the TV to the socket and is painted to match the wall. It takes twenty minutes and is fully removable when you move out.

Tools and Materials

Tools, Materials and Products We Use for TV Wall Mounting

Fixed, Tilt and Full-Motion Brackets

VESA-standard brackets rated well above the weight of your screen. Fixed brackets sit flat to the wall, tilt brackets angle the screen down and full-motion arms swivel toward the room. We supply all three or fit the one you already own.

Wall Anchors

Metal expansion anchors for concrete, long-leg plugs for block and spring toggles for gypsum board. Each is rated for the load before it goes into the wall. Cheap plastic plugs are never used for a TV.

Laser Level and Stud Finder

A cross-line laser keeps the bracket perfectly level across wide screens. A multi-sensor detector finds studs, live cables and metal pipes before we drill. Together they make sure the screen is straight and the wall is safe to drill.

In-Wall Power Kits and Raceways

Certified power inlet and outlet plates for gypsum walls, and slim paintable PVC raceways for concrete. Both keep cables safe and out of sight. We choose between them based on your wall type and tenancy.

TV Wall Mounting in Dubai: Frequently Asked Questions

How Much Does TV Wall Mounting Cost in Dubai?

Mounting a TV up to 55 inches on a bracket you already own starts from AED 150. Larger screens, full-motion arms, marble walls and in-wall cable hiding add to the price. We confirm the exact figure from a photo of the wall and the TV model before booking. Prices vary and can change depending on your exact requirements, the materials and access to the property, so the final price is confirmed after we see photos or visit.

Can You Mount a TV on a Gypsum Wall?

Yes. We find the metal studs behind the gypsum board and fix into them, or use rated spring toggles that spread the load across the board. For heavy screens or full-motion arms on gypsum, we add a backing plate so the weight is shared over a wider area.

Can You Hide the TV Wires Inside the Wall?

On gypsum partitions we can run cables inside the cavity with an in-wall power kit, so no wire shows below the screen. On solid concrete or block walls, a paintable surface raceway is the tidier and cheaper option because chasing concrete makes a lot of dust and needs building approval in many towers.

How High Should I Mount My TV?

The centre of the screen should sit roughly at eye level when you are seated, which is about 100 to 110 cm from the floor for most sofas. If the TV has to go higher, a tilt bracket keeps the picture comfortable to watch.

Is It Safe to Mount a TV Above a Fireplace?

It is safe if the wall above the fireplace stays cool and the mantel is deep enough to deflect rising heat. We check the surface temperature first. Most fireplaces in Dubai homes are electric or decorative, which makes this far less of a concern than with a wood fire.

Do You Provide the TV Bracket or Do I Need to Buy One?

Either works. We carry fixed, tilt and full-motion brackets that suit common VESA patterns, or we fit the bracket that came with your TV or the one you bought online. If you buy your own, send us the model first so we can confirm it matches the screen weight.

Mounting the TV is often part of setting up a new living room. While the technician is there, we can also handle curtain rod, track and rail installation in Dubai or fit shelves and a TV unit and wall panel in the same visit.
