Rental-Friendly Mounting Solutions in Dubai

Renting in Dubai usually means a security deposit and a landlord inspection at the end. You can still have your TV at the right height. We offer setups with no holes at all, mounts with a few small hidden holes, and a repair visit when you leave so the wall looks untouched.

For Tenants

Rental-Friendly TV Mounting That Protects Your Deposit

Rented apartment living room with a TV and sofa

Most people in Dubai rent, and most tenancy contracts ask for walls to be returned as they were found. That does not mean living with a TV on a low cabinet for years. It means choosing a setup that is easy to reverse.

We offer floor stands with no holes at all, minimal-hole wall mounts hidden behind the screen and removable cable raceways. When you move out, we can come back, take everything down and fill, sand and paint the wall so it passes the landlord inspection.

  • Four small hidden holes
  • Removable raceways
  • Move-out patch and paint

How to Mount a TV in a Rented Dubai Apartment

Four holes behind a TV are the most common damage tenants worry about, and they are the easiest to repair. Gypsum walls take a quick filler, a light sand and a coat of the matching white. Concrete walls take a plug of filler set flush. Done properly, an inspector will not find them.

What does cost tenants their deposit is a bracket ripped out of gypsum, which leaves a hole the size of a fist. That happens when a heavy TV is hung on cheap plastic plugs. We fix into studs or use rated hollow wall anchors, and we explain where we fixed so you can tell your landlord.

If you would rather not drill at all, a quality floor stand puts the screen at the same height as a wall mount and moves with you to the next apartment. For anything that does need fixing, our safe drilling guide for Dubai walls explains how we avoid pipes and cables.

Tools, Materials and Products We Use for Rental-Friendly TV Mounting

TV Floor and Easel Stands

Freestanding stands that hold the screen at wall-mount height. They move with you to the next apartment. No drilling is needed at all.

Leaning Media Shelves

Tall units with a TV mount built in, standing against the wall without fixing to it. They add storage as well as a TV position.

Low-Profile Brackets

Filler and Matched Paint

Fine surface filler and paint matched to standard Dubai rental whites for invisible repairs. Repairs disappear into the wall.

01

Deposit Protection

We plan every setup around your tenancy and can repair the wall when you leave. Your landlord inspection should pass without issues.

02

No Adhesive Mounts

We never hang a TV on adhesive pads, because Dubai heat softens the glue. A falling TV costs far more than four filled holes.

03

Honest Advice

If a no-drill option is not safe for your screen, we say so and offer the next best choice. Safety always comes first.

04

Move-Out Support

A single call books the take-down and repair at the end of your tenancy. It is one less thing to worry about on moving day.

Rental-Friendly TV Mounting: Frequently Asked Questions

How Much Do Rental-Friendly Mounting Solutions Cost in Dubai?

Assembling and setting up a TV floor stand starts from AED 120. A minimal-hole wall mount starts from AED 150, the same as a standard mount. Patching and painting the holes when you move out starts from AED 100. Prices vary and can change depending on your exact requirements, the materials and access to the property, so the final price is confirmed after we see photos or visit.

How Much Does TV Wall Mounting Cost in Dubai?

Standard TV mounting starts from AED 150 for screens up to 55 inches on your own bracket. In a rented home the price is the same, and we place the holes where the TV hides them. Prices vary and can change depending on your exact requirements, the materials and access to the property, so the final price is confirmed after we see photos or visit.

Is It Safe to Mount a TV Above a Fireplace?

It can be, if the wall stays cool. In rented villas with decorative fireplaces, a floor stand placed beside the fireplace avoids drilling the feature wall altogether.

How High Should I Mount My TV?

Aim to put the screen centre near seated eye level, about 100 to 110 cm from the floor. Most TV floor stands adjust to this height, which makes them a good match for wall mounting without the holes.

How Long Do Rental-Friendly Mounting Solutions Take in Dubai?

A floor stand takes 30 to 45 minutes to assemble and set up. A minimal-hole wall mount takes 45 to 60 minutes. Move-out patching takes about an hour, plus drying time for the paint.

Do I Need My Landlord's Permission to Mount a TV?

Check your tenancy contract. Many Dubai landlords allow TV mounting as long as the wall is repaired at the end of the tenancy. Asking by email first keeps a written record and avoids disputes over the deposit.
