Leaving the Old Home Safe
Landlords expect a working light at move-out. We fit a simple batten or ceiling light on the old point and make it safe.
If the new ceiling is lower, we can shorten the chain or rod so the chandelier hangs at the right height.

Yes. We disconnect it, remove crystals, pack them in labelled bags and boxes, cap the ceiling point safely and reinstall it at your new home.
Can My Ceiling Hold a Heavy Chandelier?
Concrete slabs can hold heavy chandeliers with the right anchors. Gypsum false ceilings cannot carry weight on their own, so we fix through to the slab above or add a steel support.
How Much Does Chandelier Installation Cost in Dubai?
Chandelier installation starts from AED 250 for a light fitting on a standard ceiling. Heavy crystal chandeliers, double-height ceilings and new ceiling supports are priced by weight and access. Prices vary and can change depending on your exact requirements, the materials and access to the property, so the final price is confirmed after we see photos or visit.
