Handyman in Arabian Ranches for Villa Upkeep
Arabian Ranches villas have gardens, terraces, pergolas and big AC systems that all need looking after in Dubai's heat. We plan the jobs around the seasons and handle indoor and outdoor work in the same visit.

Outdoor Upgrades for the Cool Season
From October to April, Ranches families live outside. These upgrades make the garden ready for it.
- Pergola Refresh
- Sand, repair and restain a tired timber pergola so it looks new again before the cool season.
- Outdoor Lighting
- Wall lights, garden spots and path lights that make the garden usable after sunset.
- Deck Repair and Sealing
- Replace split boards and seal the deck against sun and sprinkler water.
- Gate and Fence Upgrade
- Repair or repaint gates and boundary fences, and fix gate latches that no longer close.

Landmarks on the Way to Your Villa
Our team drives out from Al Barsha past these places. If your villa is near one of them, let us know when you book.
Arabian Ranches Golf Club
The golf course in the middle of Arabian Ranches 1. Villas backing onto the course often want fences, gates and outdoor lights repaired.
Ranches Souk
The community centre with shops and cafes in Arabian Ranches 1. Our technicians often stop here for supplies on the way to a villa.
Dubai Polo and Equestrian Club
The polo club next to Arabian Ranches. Villas near it have big gardens and long boundary walls.
Global Village
The seasonal festival park on Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, a short drive from the Ranches. Traffic around it is heavy on winter evenings, so we plan visits around it.
Dubai Autodrome
The racing circuit in Motor City, close to Arabian Ranches. It is a handy landmark for the Ranches side of Umm Suqeim Road.
Al Qudra Road
The road that leads out to the desert cycle track. Villas in Arabian Ranches 2 and 3 are reached from here.
Away for the Summer?
Villa Care While You Travel
Many Ranches families leave Dubai in July and August. An empty villa in the heat can hide a leak or a broken AC for weeks. We look after it before, during and after.
Step 1
Before You Travel
- AC set to a safe temperature and filters cleaned
- Water heater and main valves checked
- Drains and AC lines cleared to stop blockages
- Outdoor items secured against summer winds
Step 2
While You Are Away
- A walk-through visit to check for leaks and AC faults
- Photos sent to you on WhatsApp after each visit
- Small issues fixed before they spread
- Garden and terrace checked for damage
Step 3
When You Come Back
- AC tested in every room before the family arrives
- Any summer cracks in paint or silicone fixed
- Dust and sand cleared from door and window tracks
- A list of anything that needs bigger work
Safety for Every Generation
Villas have stairs, big windows and heavy furniture. We make them safer for small children and for older parents.
Stair Gates
Gates at the top and bottom of the stairs, fixed into the wall so a toddler cannot push them over.
Learn moreFurniture Anchoring
Tall wardrobes, bookcases and TVs anchored to the wall in every bedroom and the majlis.
Learn moreWindow Locks
Restrictors on upstairs windows so they open enough for air but not enough for a child.
Learn moreSenior Safety
Grab rails, brighter lighting and non-slip steps for parents or grandparents living with you.

Do You Cover All of Arabian Ranches?
Yes. We work in Arabian Ranches 1, 2 and 3 and the communities nearby along Al Qudra Road. Tell us your sub-community when you book so we can plan the route.
Do I Need Community Approval for Outdoor Work?
Some exterior changes, such as a new colour on the outside walls or a new structure in the garden, may need approval from the community management. Repairs and like-for-like repainting usually do not. Check with your community office if you are unsure.
When Is the Best Time to Service the AC in an Arabian Ranches Villa?
Spring, before the summer heat arrives. Villas run several units at once, and a service in March or April helps them cope through July and August.
Can You Do Indoor and Outdoor Jobs in the Same Visit?
Yes. Most villa visits combine both, for example an AC service, a dripping tap and a fence repair. Send us the full list and we plan the time and team size.
