Keys Collected
Send us the snag list from handover, or photos of anything that looks wrong. We tell you what we can fix and what should go back to the developer.

Day One
Curtains go up first for privacy and sun, then the TV and lighting. Beds are built so you can sleep there the same night.

Wardrobes, desks and shelves are assembled and anchored. Pictures and mirrors are hung once the furniture is in place.

New buildings settle. We come back for cracks in paint, doors that start to stick and silicone that has shrunk.

- Circle Mall
- The main shopping centre in JVC. Many of the buildings around it are newer mid-rise blocks where we do move-in setups every week.
- JVC community parks
- Each district has its own green park, and townhouses face many of them. Families near the parks often book us for gates, shelves and outdoor lights.
- Hessa Street
- The road along one side of JVC that links it to Al Barsha and Dubai Sports City. It is the quickest way for our team to reach you from the office.
- Al Khail Road
- The main highway on the eastern side of JVC. Buildings near it are easy for us to reach early in the morning.
- Dubai Miracle Garden
- The famous flower garden in Al Barsha South, a short drive from JVC. It opens in the cooler months and is a well-known landmark for the area.
- Dubai Butterfly Garden
- Next to the Miracle Garden, with domes full of butterflies. Residents often mention it when giving directions to the edge of JVC.
