Jumeirah and Umm Suqeim

Handyman in Jumeirah for Classic Beach Villas

Jumeirah is old Dubai by the sea: wide villa plots, majlis rooms, mature gardens and homes that have stood up to salt air for decades. We keep them in good shape, from a sticking door to a full list of repairs before guests arrive.

Jumeirah 1

Closest to the city, with older villas, schools and boutiques along Al Wasl Road and Jumeirah Beach Road.

Jumeirah 2 and 3

Large family villas on quiet streets, many with mature gardens and majlis rooms.

Umm Suqeim

Villas near the beaches and Burj Al Arab, where sea air is strongest and fittings wear fastest.

Al Safa and Al Wasl

Inland villa streets off Al Wasl Road, with a mix of original homes and modern rebuilds.

Six Landmarks, One Team

Famous Jumeirah Landmarks Near You

  • 1

    Burj Al Arab

The sail-shaped hotel off the Umm Suqeim coast. Villas within sight of it face strong sea air and need rust-proof fixings outside.

  • 2

    Jumeirah Mosque

One of the most photographed mosques in Dubai, in Jumeirah 1. A familiar meeting point for our technicians visiting villas nearby.

  • 3

    Kite Beach

The long public beach in Umm Suqeim with its running track and cafes. Families living close by often book us on weekend mornings.

  • 4

    Madinat Jumeirah

The Arabian-style resort with canals and the souk. Villas around it are some of the older homes we look after.

  • 5

    La Mer

The beachfront district on the Jumeirah 1 coast with shops and restaurants. New townhouses and apartments nearby book move-in setups.

  • 6

    City Walk

The outdoor shopping street on Al Wasl Road, close to Jumeirah 1. Apartment blocks there often need TV mounting and curtains.

Ramadan and Eid

Getting the Majlis Ready for Guests

The majlis is the room that matters most when family and friends visit. Book a couple of weeks ahead and we will have it ready in a day.

  • Heavy curtains rehung on strong steel brackets
  • Chandeliers cleaned, rewired or replaced
  • Wall panels and trims touched up
  • Extra lighting for long evenings with guests
  • Furniture rearranged and wall-mounted pieces moved
  • AC serviced before the room fills up

Living by the Beach Means More Upkeep

Salt air, sand and summer humidity all reach Jumeirah homes first. A yearly check of gates, fixings, seals and the AC saves bigger repairs later.
