Lumpy Patches
Old repairs that were never sanded. They show as bumps through paint. They are sanded and refilled.
Paint Runs and Drips
Drips and runs from previous painting. They catch the light. Sanding removes them before repainting.
Rough Putty
Wall putty applied unevenly. It gives a gritty, uneven surface. Sanding and a thin skim smooth it.
Smooth Walls Without the Dust
Sanding gypsum creates very fine dust that travels through AC systems and settles everywhere. We use sanders connected to vacuum extractors and cover AC vents, so dust stays out of the rest of the home.
After sanding, we check every wall with a work light held flat, fill any remaining low spots and sand again until the surface is even.

Will the Repair Be Visible, and How Do You Match the Paint?
We feather the repair beyond the damaged area, sand it smooth and prime it, then paint to the nearest corner or joint using your colour code or a matched sample, so it blends into the wall.
What Causes Cracks in Gypsum Walls?
Most cracks appear at board joints, around door frames and at corners, caused by building movement, temperature swings from AC, and joints that were not taped properly. Re-taping the joint stops most cracks returning.
How Much Does Drywall Repair Cost in Dubai?
