A new deck turns a bare garden, a sandy corner or a hot roof terrace into an outdoor room. We design the layout, choose the right material for your sun and use, prepare drawings for approval and build it on a solid frame that will last.
Process
We measure the space, check levels, drainage, services and how the sun moves across it.
You choose layout, height, board type and colour, with steps, lighting and benches planned in.
We prepare drawings for your community or building management.
Footings or pedestals, frame, boards and trims are installed, then the deck is finished and handed over.
Outdoor Room
A well designed deck makes outdoor space usable and inviting.
We design, get approvals and build decks in hardwood, treated timber or WPC.
Options
| Space | Base | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Garden on Soil | Concrete footings and timber or aluminium frame | Solid and level on sand |
| Roof Terrace | Adjustable pedestals on the membrane | Protects waterproofing, allows drainage |
| Over Tiles or Screed | Low-profile aluminium joists | Minimal height, no drilling into slab |
| Pool Surround | Aluminium frame with WPC or hardwood | Resists water and chlorine |
Shade decides how much you will use a deck. We plan where the sun falls in the afternoon and suggest a pergola, shade sail or planting where needed, because a deck in full sun is too hot to use for much of the year.
On roof terraces, the deck must never puncture the waterproofing. Adjustable pedestals sit on the membrane, level the deck and let water drain underneath.
For timber decks, see wooden deck installation. For finishing, see wood staining and painting, and for shade, pergola and canopy additions.

In Dubai, timber decks usually need re-oiling or re-staining every 6 to 12 months because of strong UV. If water no longer beads on the surface or the colour has turned grey, it is time. WPC decks do not need staining, only cleaning.
A stain adds colour and UV protection, while a sealer repels water without changing the colour much. Many deck oils do both. In Dubai's sun, a pigmented stain or oil lasts longer than a clear sealer.
Start by finding the cause: rotten boards, loose screws, a failed joist or a sinking support. Damaged boards are replaced, joists sistered or replaced, fixings renewed and the deck then cleaned and sealed.
Most garden and terrace decks take three to seven days on site, after approval and material delivery.
