Custom Carpentry
Gypsum board is how most Dubai homes and offices add a room, drop a ceiling or hide pipes and AC ducts. We build partitions, false ceilings, bulkheads and boxing on galvanised metal studs, then tape and joint them ready for paint.
Before adding a partition in an apartment, check your tenancy and building rules. Many towers require a no-objection letter for new walls, and any new room still needs ventilation and AC supply.
False ceilings need access to AC units and valves. We include access panels at the right points so future servicing does not mean cutting the ceiling.
For repairs to existing walls, see drywall repair in Dubai. For painting, see interior painting, and for kitchens, kitchen cabinet installation.
