Water pooling under the dishwasher, a food disposal that hums but will not turn, or a sink that backs up when the dishwasher drains: these are plumbing connection problems more often than appliance faults. We fix the water and waste side of kitchen appliances so they run cleanly again.

What we do: Trap and waste pipe cleared and resealed.
Many calls about broken dishwashers turn out to be plumbing problems: a blocked sink trap the dishwasher drains into, a kinked drain hose behind the unit or a slowly leaking inlet hose. These are quick, inexpensive repairs.
If the fault is inside the appliance itself, such as a failed pump, heating element or control board, we will tell you, and our appliance team can diagnose it. See appliance installation in Dubai for new machines.
Kitchen leaks often show up as damaged cabinet bases and floors. Catching them early prevents swelling and mould. For other kitchen leaks, see leaky faucet, pipe and drain repair and minor plumbing repairs.
Never Use Your Hand
Never put your hand into a food disposal, even when it is switched off. Use the hex key on the bottom of the unit or call us.
Grease Is the Enemy
Cooking oil and grease poured down the sink set in the trap and cause most kitchen blockages. Wipe pans before washing.
Kitchen Running Again
Leaks and drainage problems around kitchen appliances are often simple plumbing fixes.
We check hoses, traps and connections, repair the fault and run a test cycle to make sure everything drains and stays dry.
Process
Power and water are isolated before we pull the appliance out and inspect the inlet, drain and waste connections.
Hoses, traps and connections are checked one by one to separate plumbing faults from appliance faults.
Worn hoses are replaced, blocked traps cleared and the drain hose set with a high loop to stop backflow.
The appliance is reconnected and run so we can watch for leaks and confirm it drains properly.
A kitchen appliance plumbing visit starts from AED 150, covering diagnosis and connection repairs. Replacement hoses and parts are confirmed before fitting. Prices vary and can change depending on your exact requirements, the materials and access to the property, so the final price is confirmed after we see photos or visit.
We repair dripping taps and mixers, leaking shower heads and hoses, running toilet cisterns, leaks under sinks, failed silicone around baths and trays, and leaking waste and trap connections. Leaks from pipes buried inside walls or slabs may need a leak detection specialist, and we will tell you if so.
Turn off the water at the isolation valve under the sink or toilet, or at the main stop valve for the apartment or villa. Switch off electrics near the water, move valuables away and take photos. Then call us, and let your building management know if water may reach the unit below.
Most visible leak repairs, such as taps, waste traps and cistern valves, start from AED 150 including common parts. Hidden leaks that need opening up walls are quoted after inspection. Prices vary and can change depending on your exact requirements, the materials and access to the property, so the final price is confirmed after we see photos or visit.
Most connection and drainage repairs take 45 to 90 minutes, including a test cycle.
