AC Stains and Bright Ceilings
Most ceiling stains in Dubai come from AC condensate leaks. Painting over them without sealing just lets the brown ring bleed back through. We seal stains with a stain-blocking primer, then paint.
Fix the leak first. A blocked drain line or a sweating duct will stain the ceiling again, so we recommend an AC check before repainting.

What Is Included in the Painting Service?
Furniture is moved and covered, floors and fittings protected, holes and cracks filled and sanded, walls primed where needed, and two coats of paint applied. We clean up and remove masking before handover.
How Long Does Interior Painting Take?
One room usually takes a day. A one or two-bedroom apartment takes two to three days, and a villa four to seven days, depending on preparation and colours.
Do You Move and Protect Furniture and Floors?
Yes. Furniture is moved to the centre of the room and covered, floors are protected with sheets, and sockets, switches and fittings are masked before painting.
